Jamie Georgas

As Executive Managing Director of CBRE's Advisory Occupier leasing business for the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region, Jamie Georgas is responsible for driving the region's growth strategy and CBRE's delivery of services to commercial real estate occupiers from the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia markets. In addition to leading the Occupier business across the region, Jamie also oversees the Northern Virginia Data Center Solutions business, the Northern Virginia Industrial business and all CBRE Virginia offices.

Prior to transitioning into this role in February of 2022, Jamie spent two years as a key member of the Americas leadership team driving CBRE's Broker Operating Platform and Growth strategic priorities, with responsibility for overseeing the investment and integration of CBRE's platform of resources, service offerings and talent. In addition, she had functional responsibility for the Americas Sales Management organization and was part of the Americas Advisory Executive Committee.

Previously, and for the majority of her career, Jamie had primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day business of the Occupier sector across the Chicago region as well as CBRE's Downtown Chicago office. Under her leadership, the Chicago Occupier business experienced unprecedented growth and maintained a market-leading position. During that time, she also served as Leader of CBRE's global Law Firm Practice Group and later assumed oversight of the Indianapolis and Detroit markets.

Jamie brings more than 21 years of experience leading commercial real estate professionals and local market businesses focused on strategic growth, innovation and culture. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has consistently served in roles of increasing responsibility, including helping pioneer CBRE's Managed Brokerage platform, now known as Sales Management.
