The Filmore Da Nang Appointed CBRE As Property Management

Vietnam – September 2023 – Recently, Filmore Real Estate Development Company - Filmore Development and CBRE Vietnam signed a strategically cooperation agreement. Accordingly, CBRE Vietnam has been officially appointed as the Property Management for The Filmore Da Nang. The signing ceremony took place at CBRE Vietnam headquarters on September 12, 2023 with the participation of senior leaders from both companies.

Within its responsibilities, CBRE will provide plan and coordinate in general operations of The Filmore Da Nang which is aimed at delivering the best living experience to residents and customers. The Filmore Da Nang is considered the most luxurious condominium project in the Da Nang and will be managed by CBRE which expects to enhance and increase the sustainability value of the project.

Situated along the Han River, located in the city center, The Filmore Da Nang boasts three expansive views of the Han River, My Khe Beach, and Son Tra Peninsula. More specifically, The Filmore Da Nang is one of the very few projects with a cantilevered balcony, providing residents with a distinctive living space, complete with modern, imported finishings from renowned brands.
