CBRE appointed as property and facilities managers for new Sydney Fish Market

Sydney Fish Market Pty Ltd has appointed CBRE as the property and facilities managers for the new Sydney Fish Market, which will officially open on January 19, 2026.

CBRE’s Executive Managing Director of Property Management Natalie Slessor said partnering with Sydney Fish Market and the NSW Government to manage this world-class facility was an incredible opportunity to showcase the strength and capability of CBRE’s property management team.

CBRE has collaborated with the NSW Government and Sydney Fish Market Pty Ltd on several delivery aspects of the new Sydney Fish Market, including procurement and commissioning as well as operational readiness of the precinct.

When it opens in January, the new Sydney Fish Market, delivered by the NSW Government, will be a vibrant cultural, tourism and community precinct offering visitors diverse dining options and retail, all with spectacular waterfront views.
