Thanh Pham is the Director and Head of Research & Consulting Services at CBRE Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City. Thanh and her team deliver comprehensive real estate solutions, including market research, in-depth consultancy, feasibility studies, and bespoke reports tailored to client requirements.
Having been with CBRE Vietnam since 2012, Thanh has led numerous high-level consultancy assignments for landowners, developers, investors, and public sector organizations, covering all sectors of the Vietnam property market. Her core expertise includes development strategy, township consulting, and feasibility analysis.
Prior to joining CBRE, Thanh worked for a Singaporean investment fund focused on Vietnam, where she developed financial models to evaluate the long-term outlook of Vietnamese listed companies.
