Praphinleeya Phuengkhuankhan

Praphinleeya Phuengkhuankhan is Head of Residential Sales – Ad hoc at CBRE Thailand.  With more than 20 years’ experience with the residential market, Praphinleeya is an expert in the field. With her team, she provides property consulting services that facilitate the buying and selling of residential properties, including new, resale and existing condominium and housing projects in Bangkok and resort destinations (Pattaya, Hua Hin, Khao Yai and Chiang Mai). She is skilled at preparing precise, structured sales strategies to achieve sale targets.

Praphinleeya also played a pivotal role in helping the business expand and break into the international residential market for local and foreign buyers. In 2010, she set up an international team to serve demand for property in the U.K. In 2018, her role expanded into marketing properties in Japan. 

In addition to actively pursuing promising business opportunities, she continues to build and maintain strong client relationships to keep clients satisfied and to promote business growth through referrals.
