Who is leading in Vietnam co-working space?

The trend of co-working space in Vietnam has just begun, with the fierce competition between foreign and domestic investors. According to CBRE Vietnam’s report, in H1-2017, Vietnam co-working space recorded 17 office investors operated 22 office towers with a total area of 14,500sq.m. Up to late Q1-2018, the number of office manager has increased to 40, providing 50 office towers with 30,000sq.m of total supply. However, average area of each co-working space in Vietnam is only about 1,000sq.m, which is not enough space and area that meet standards of a true co-working space, which is about 2,000-5,000sq.m.
