West of Saigon sees sharp rise in apartment supply

According to Duong Thuy Dung, Director of Research and Consulting at CBRE Vietnam, the market has paid attention on the East and South of Saigon for a long time. However, in recent time, the West of Saigon (including Districts 6, 8, Tan Phu, Binh Tan, Binh Chanh) are showing outstanding growth thanks to the area’s infrastructure development. At the workshop “Investment opportunities for properties in West of Saigon” held by CafeLand, Dung said land fund in this area is more abundant, so land sales and hiring prices there will be more reasonable than other areas.
