Villas and terraced housing in Hanoi to see price increase in 2017

CBRE Vietnam recently announces a report on real estate market in Q4-2016, in which villa and terraced housing segment is evaluated to see positive movements in 2017. Nguyen Hoai An, Director of Professional Services at CBRE Vietnam, says Hanoi’s land-attached housing market in Q4-2016 recorded four new projects with 160 units, lower than the total number from new projects in first three quarter of the year. Three out of four of these projects are located in West Hanoi, where there is the highest supply of villas and terraced housing, accounting up to 60pct.
