Traditional working space gradually disappears

With the appearance of activity-based workplace solution, the traditional office layout where staff are tied to a desk is gradually disappearing, which also affects the way of doing business in office building segment. Co-working office is now facing a boom in both large cities of Vietnam – Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. According to Ms Nguyen Bich Trang, Director of Hanoi Office, CBRE Vietnam, the new office model has broken the old thinking of every company or every department of the company being a separate and self-contained individual. With the new co-working space model, customers can choose to have a private space of to share their space with others. There are four types of work spaces: Hub, Club, Roam and Home. The "Club" type is widely applied worldwide by giants such as Google or Facebook.
