CBRE releases Q3 2017 quarterly report highlights of Ho Chi Minh City market. The city’s market witnessed less newly launched projects in Q3 with only 7,651 units from 21 projects launched in July and August, as people traditionally keep purchases to a minimum during August-September, or lunar July, which is known as an unlucky period. Investors are preparing to launch many new projects like Mizuki Park, Q2 Thao Dien, AND masteri An Phu in Q4. The mid-end segment continued to dominate newly launched projects, 60% newly launched units were coming from the mid-end segment.
