Hanoi, November 16, 2016 – CBRE Vietnam has been officially selected by Global Toserco Ltd. To operate and lease its Horison Tower Office Building. From December 1, 2016, CBRE will mobilize a team of operations and leasing professionals to set up and deliver quality services onsite.
Horison Tower Office Building is the third wing of Pullman Hotel Complex Hanoi, located at 40 Cat Linh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi. The project is currently in the final stages of the finishing process and expected to be in operation at the beginning of 2017. Once officially opened, the 14-floor-block is foreseen to offer an additional 8,000 sqm to the office leasing market.
