Open office - a milestone marking CBRE Vietnam's 16 years of development

Ho Chi Minh City – 27 February 2019

After 16 years of joining and developing with Vietnamese real estate market, CBRE Vietnam has recently marked its memorable milestone by introducing a totally new look for its main office in Ho Chi Minh City. The new office is located at A&B Tower building (76A Le Lai, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), and is designed with open office concept, which focuses on elements such as modern, comfortable and flexible.

From that idea, CBRE office has an open work space with low desks and hot desks for staffs to freely choose the seats where they feel most comfortable. At the end of each working day, the desk is fully cleared and is returned to its original state.  Highly advanced computer and phone systems are installed at each desk so that the staffs can move to different seats without affecting the usage of equipment according to CBRE standards. There are also specifically-designed small corners with bean-bag chairs and sofas for employees to work and discuss instead of having to use traditional meeting rooms. The cafeteria, a relaxing place for staffs including a dining and entertainment area to helps create a sense of balance at work, is connected to the work place. The transition to an open office model has created cohesion, cooperation between the departments and the board of directors, while building a more friendly, dynamic, creative and efficient working environment.

At CBRE, the development of each individual contributes to the success of the whole team. This milestone marks a new development stage, promising brighter prospects of CBRE Vietnam in the future.”
