CBRE Asia Pacific Honored with 21 Awards
CBRE Vietnam Wins 4 Categories: Top Overall, Agency/Letting, Valuation and Research Awards
Vietnam, October 19, 2017 – CBRE has been named the top global real estate advisory firm in the annual Euromoney Real Estate Awards for the sixth consecutive year. Globally, CBRE was also ranked highest overall for Sales/Leasing and Valuation services.
In Vietnam, CBRE continued to secure awards in categories including Agency/Letting, Valuation and Research, as part of the overall Advisors and Consultants category.
In addition to the global awards, CBRE was named as the leading real estate advisory firm in Western Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America and Africa, and earned awards in 27 individual countries – up from 21 countries in 2016.
In Asia Pacific, CBRE was recognized as the leading real estate advisor in the region, winning three regional awards and 18 country awards in the North Asia, Southeast Asia and Pacific geographies.

Last July, CBRE Vietnam also strengthens senior management line-up. Typically, Adam Fitzpatrick is appointed Director, Advisory & Transaction, Office Services and Capital Markets, Ho Chi Minh City. Adam is a RICS chartered commercial valuation surveyor with over 10 years of real estate experience. He also worked with CBRE UK within Global Workplace Solutions.
Another significant personnel update includes the promotion of Ms Duong Thuy Dung, the current Head of CBRE Research & Consulting Services to Senior Director, CBRE Vietnam. A professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Ms Dung has been with CBRE Vietnam for 10 years. In her new role, Ms Dung's expanded scope includes responsibility for Hospitality and Valuation in addition to her current purview over Research and Consulting. Ms. Dung will be involved in business development activities for CBRE Vietnam.
