In reality, 2014 was when the market started to recover, and 2015 saw strong growth. There is a fact that resort property market will follow half a year to a year behind the growth of traditional real estate market. The growth rate of tourists in resort coasts is very positive. Tourists visiting Nha Trang, Danang and Phu Quoc increase strongly in number with each year passing, and they are capable to pay for high tourism costs, especially 4- and 5-star tourism services.
