Over US$1,000bln to invest in global real estate 2016

According to the survey ‘Global Investor Intentions 2016’ conducted by CBRE, investors around the world will continue their business expansion plan in 2016, with over one trillion US dollars expected to flow into the world's real estate market, up 6pct y-o-y. Chris Ludeman, Chairman of Investment Capital Market at CBRE Global, said that properties will continue to attract investors, mainly thanks to high profit generation and stable prices. Richard Kirke, Managing director of Investment Capital Market at CBRE Asia-Pacific, the same survey for the Asia-Pacific region, Australia will be the common market for international investors, especially ones from China and Singapore.
