After over six months of surveying and interviewing 11,000 consumers in 11 major cities in Asia – Pacific region, CBRE recently announced the research results on shopping methods and destinations of consumers on non-food commodities such as clothes, footwear, accessories, cosmetics and electronics. In the survey, 25pct of surveyees intent to do shopping less in real stores, while 45-50pct of them said that they will do online shopping through desktops, laptops, smartphones and tablets more frequently in the next two years.
