Non-transparent market makes FDI to real estate decline

According to many experts, FDI entering Vietnam real estate is declining due to non-transparent market. Nguyen Hoai An, Head of Research and Consulting of CBRE Vietnam, said that even though the FDI capital volume flowing to Vietnam is still abundant and has already resulted in certain positive influences, but capital to real estate is still limited, as foreign investors often invest in listed companies, which are believed to be qualified in term of corporate management. Meanwhile, most of Vietnamese property firms have not yet been listed.
