New advancement of Vietnam real estate

At the press conference on real estate market in first half of 2015 held on June 30, CBRE Vietnam said that the new Law on Housing and new Law on Property Trading will promote Vietnam real estate market to a new position in accessing FDI capital. Richard Leech, managing director of CBRE Vietnam, the country's real estate market in first six months this year recorded positive news and lively movements compared to other ASEAN markets like Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Next, Nguyen Hoai An, Head of Market Research and Consultancy at CBRE Vietnam, said that the apartment market in Hanoi saw positive movements, improving absorption rate in first six months with 4,480 apartments traded in Q2-2015, up 80pct y-o-y. Meanwhile, in the villa and terraced housing segment, CBRE Vietnam said that there were many new projects joining Hanoi market, including The Manor Central Park, Evelyne Park City, FLC Garden City, Gamuda – Phase Two and Starlake.
