In 2018, foreign capital will aim for Hanoi real estate?

2017 witnesses foreign investment capital influx flowing strongly to HCMC real estate. However, according to experts, the capital influx in 2018 will go northward instead. While the capital influx pours into HCMC market with many foreign-invested projects, Hanoi market only has a handful of such projects, such as Ciputra (Tay Ho District), Gamuda township (Hoang Mai District), Hanoi Garden City (Long Bien District), Park City (Ha Dong District)… The projects either have become operational, are being finished, or have been suspended for year. According to Nguyen Hoai An, Director of Market Research and Development Consultancy at CBRE Vietnam, the company has contacted many foreign investors and all of them express to pay attention on buying projects in Hanoi, especially large vacant lots.
