In 2015, serviced apartments may have price increases by 10-20pct

According to the survey conducted by the Residential Leasing Department at CBRE Vietnam, Q4-2014 witnessed the price increases of B Grade and A Grade serviced apartments by 1-1.8pct quarter-on-quarter, reaching US$25.34 and US$32.18 per sqm per month respectively. The central area accounts to 30pct the total leasing request, and small-size serviced apartments still occupy the market the most. CBRE Vietnam forecasts that the leasing price in the market will continue to be improved in the first six months of 2015 due to no new supply. Some projects in HCMC will have prices increased by 10-20pct after done renovating in latter half of 2015, such as Somerset HCM, Sherwood Residence, Diamond Plaza, and Riverside.
