In 2015, Asia – Pacific real estate continues to grow

In its report on Asia – Pacific real estate market prospects in 2015, the property consulting firm CBRE said that with a fast urbanization rate, increasing population, the rise of middle-class and wealthy households…, the demand for high-quality property products will be on upward trend, especially for suburban retail center and housing area. According to Dr. Henry Chin, head of Research at CBRE Asia – Pacific, there are many factors boosting investment growth in the region, including newly-established private property funds, the increase of investment organizations in the region, the development of Asian investment organizations and abundant loan supply. Both property firms and investors in the region are still very confident and get supported from the sustainable demand of both property lessees and investors.
