Hanoi villa prices increase sharply

According to CBRE Vietnam, the trend of secondary price increase in villa and terraced housing segment continued to persist through four recent quarters, starting Q3-2014. In Q2-2015, the average secondary price of the segment in Hanoi was up by 02.pct q-o-q and 3pct y-o-y. From CBRE's observant, finished products located in a green urban area with sufficient facilities and developed infrastructure will be preferred over higher-valued building lots. Understanding this ever increasing demand, investors of many projects had developed facilities in their projects, such as Park City – Phase Two, Gamuda Gardens – Phase Two, and Splendora – Phase Two.
