Hanoi office prices are 3-year low

According to CBRE Vietnam's latest survey, Hanoi office market did not record any new office projects. Regarding of the new Law on Housing and Law on Real Estate Trading starting to take effects on July 1, foreign firms are allowed to re-hire their currently hired property products. Nguyen Hoai An, Deputy Head of CBRE Vietnam, said that the regulation is an important advancement for foreign investors to expand business in Vietnam. Additionally, long-term hiring and office floor for sales have become more common, even at unfinished office tower projects. This business model has become a new investment channel, and foreign investors always want to diversify their types of investment assets.
