Hanoi office market: hot race in attracting office tenants

In CBRE Vietnam's report, there will be 106,000sqm of office floor becoming operational from now up to year-end of 2015 in west Hanoi. According to Greg Ohan, Head of Office-for-lease at CBRE Vietnam, Hanoi market is currently at the most favorable moment for office tenants thanks to abundant supply and logical prices reflecting building and service quality. Additionally, this is also a chance to bargain about incentives. Meanwhile, HCMC market sees the opposite, where tenants with demand for 1,000-sqm-and-above office floor have virtually no selection and have to face increasing leasing prices.
