Floor rental prices in South Saigon is half of in city’s center

According to CBRE Vietnam, office and commercial floor in HCMC's District 7 have cheaper prices than that of in District 1, motivating corporations and retailers to invest in South Saigon. CBRE commented that central business districts cannot be replaced, but non-CBD areas, especially south Saigon, have strong competitive edges in term of pricing and living environment in diverse segments, including: office, retailers and housing.
