Declining economy has negative effects on real estate

CBRE Asia recently reported that in Q1-2016, total investment profit in Asia – Pacific region has been reduced by 36pct quarter-on-quarter, due to many investors have become more cautious against the instability of the stock market and declining economy. According to Henry Chin, Head of Research at CBRE Asia – Pacific, said that even though the investment activities are quieter, but many investors and organizations still continue to express their strong attention on core assets in major markets in order to increase their own influence following the diversification strategy.
