Da Nang: resort villas see few customers and reduced supply

In the Q3 2016 report of the property consulting and managing firm CBRE Vietnam on Da Nang real estate market, the coastal resort villa segment in the market over 9 months is very quiet, with few customers and reduced supply. Duong Thuy Dung, Head of Research and Consulting at CBRE Vietnam, said over nine months, condotels in Da Nang are nicely advertised and enjoy fast transaction rate, as this is still a new product segment that attract attentions of major investors. The selection of this product is also a new trend of the city’s property market – unlike before when there were only resort villas and apartments, thus making home-buyers interested in.
