At the announcement the emphasis points of Danang real estate market in Q2-2016, CBRE said that condotel and apartment-for-sale markets in H1-2016 witness strong growth in supply. The total supply of condotel increases to 3,074 units, while high-end segment accounts to 75pct, following by mid-end (16pct) and luxury (9pct). The traditional apartment-for-sale market records 1,000 units, up 44.6pct year-on-year. According to Marc Townsend, managing director of CBRE Vietnam, overall, the condotel and resort villas markets see positive movements in 2015 and first half of 2016. Average prices do not change much, and is expected to be stable at projects launched in next quarter.
