CBRE Vietnam: apartment market is often lively in late-year, and whole-year sales of 2017 will continue to be positive

Apartment prices are following downward trend in both primary and secondary market, emphasized Nguyen Hoai An – CBRE Vietnam’s representative – at a press conference held on September 28. She added that the current apartment market will provide no opportunity for short-term speculators. Despite of decreasing prices, supply of apartments is still being massively launched for sale. The CBRE Vietnam’s representative said rapidly-growing supply will create strong competition in the real estate market, driving property investors to provide more attractive promotions and discounts to attract customers. This will also strongly influence secondary market, especially speculators.
