In a recent report on Vietnam real estate market 2018, CBRE Vietnam affirmed that land lots will continue to be considered as a great potential investment channel by investors. “In a growing real estate market, land lots always stands top in term of number of transactions and trade volume. Accordingly, housing and construction land for complex projects are the most common property forms. Major cities like Hanoi and HCMC continue to record the increase in new supply and the number of successfully-sold houses is also increasing”, said the report. Talking about the potential in 2018, CBRE Vietnam forecast that the land lot segment will continue to increase in values this year thanks to positive signals from macroeconomy and real estate market. However, CBRE also warns that profit ratio of land lots is still a mystery this year.
