According to Duong Thuy Dung, Head of Research and Consulting at CBRE Vietnam, with the new stimulus package that the government supports for mid-end housing buyers, as well as the prosperity of familiar domestic property firms like Novaland, Hung Thinh, Nam Long Group…, the year 2016 will be a promising one for the housing market. However, Marc Townsend, managing director of CBRE Vietnam, warned that when the market grows too fast and too hot, we will need to approach carefully and flexibly.
