2015: No A-Class buildings remain in Hanoi

On December 4, CBRE Vietnam held a press conference to review Hanoi office market in Q4-2014. According to its report, the market recently witnesses positive movements in occupancy rate, and leasing prices are stable in Dong Da District, Ba Dinh District and central area. However, old office building in central area and the western office market are still facing price pressure due to the increase in supply of B-Grade office, making vacancy rate at these building being at high level. In 2015, CBRE forecasts that there will be no A Grade office projects becoming operational, so B Grade segment may have some improvements.
